Quick Cream Of Turkey Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 lb Turkey Meat (Cooked / Chopped)
- 1 oz Butter
- 1 pt Water
- 1/2 pt Cream
- 1 tbl Parsley (Chopped)
- 1 Onion (Grated)
- 1 Bacon rasher
- 1 Chicken Stock Cube
Method
- Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onions and bacon until brown.
- Add the chicken stock cube and water, then bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Remove the bacon.
- Add the turkey meat and bring back to the boil.
- Add the cream and stir gently.
- Pour into bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley and cooked bacon pieces.
