Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Turkey Meat (Cooked / Chopped)
  • 1 oz Butter
  • 1 pt Water
  • 1/2 pt Cream
  • 1 tbl Parsley (Chopped)
  • 1 Onion (Grated)
  • 1 Bacon rasher
  • 1 Chicken Stock Cube

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onions and bacon until brown.
  2. Add the chicken stock cube and water, then bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove the bacon.
  4. Add the turkey meat and bring back to the boil.
  5. Add the cream and stir gently.
  6. Pour into bowls and sprinkle with chopped parsley and cooked bacon pieces.
