Onion Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 pt Stock
- 2 tbl Olive Oil
- 2 tbl Flour
- 2 Onions (Chopped)
- 1 knob Butter
- Parsley (Chopped)
Method
- Fry the onions gently in a pan until soft.
- Add the flour and stock. Mix and gently cook for 30 minutes.
- Serve piping hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
