Ingredients

  • 1-3/4 pt Vegetable Stock
  • 400 gms Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 oz Macaroni
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Basil
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tin Bolognese Sauce

Method

  1. Take a large saucepan over a steady heat and combine the chopped tomatoes, bolognese sauce, stock, dried parley, basil and oregano.
  2. Bring to the boil and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  3. Now add the macaroni and cook for about 10 minutes, or until soft.
  4. Serve hot and garnish with grated parmesan cheese.
