Macaroni Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 1-3/4 pt Vegetable Stock
- 400 gms Chopped Tomatoes
- 2 oz Macaroni
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Basil
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tin Bolognese Sauce
Method
- Take a large saucepan over a steady heat and combine the chopped tomatoes, bolognese sauce, stock, dried parley, basil and oregano.
- Bring to the boil and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Now add the macaroni and cook for about 10 minutes, or until soft.
- Serve hot and garnish with grated parmesan cheese.
