Hasty Green Pea Soup Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 tin Green Peas
• 1 Onion (Chopped)
• 1 Potato (Chopped)
• 600 mls Chicken Stock
• Seasoning

Method

1. Add the green peas, onion and potato to a saucepan and cook for a few minutes.
2. Pour in the chicken stock and simmer for 15 minutes.
3. Liquidize using a food processor.
4. Season to taste and serve hot with bread.
