Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Potatoes
  • 4 oz Shredded Spring Green Cabbage
  • 8 Pork Sausages
  • 8 Bacon Rashers
  • 2 Onions
  • Nutmeg

Method

  1. Roll the sausages with the bacon and fasten with a cocktail stick.
  2. Boil the remainder of the ingredients until softened.
  3. Fry the pork sausages until golden brown.
  4. Add the sausages and the juices from the pan to the stew.
  5. Cook for about 40 minutes.
  6. Serve in a large bowl with crusty bread.
