Apple And Pork Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 lb Pork Pieces
- 2 oz Margarine
- 2 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 Apples (Grated)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
- Loaf Heels
- Seasoning
Method
- Grease a casserole dish, then line with half the pork pieces.
- Combine the margarine, mixed herbs, honey, apples, onion, egg and loaf heels in a bowl.
- Cover the pork pieces with the stuffing mix.
- Then cover the stuffing mix with the rest of the pork pieces.
- Cover the casserole.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350° and cook for 2 hours.
