Quick Pork Stroganoff Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Fillet (Strips)
  • 1/2 lb Mushrooms (Sliced)
  • 1/2 lb Tomatoes (Quartered)
  • 1/4 pt Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Streaky Bacon
  • 1 oz Butter
  • 1 tbl Oil
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • Seasoned Flour

Method

  1. Combine the flour and butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Toss the pork strips in the flour mixture.
  3. Place in a frying pan and fry until lightly browned.
  4. Remove, then fry the bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions.
  5. Add the pork, then cook over a low heat for about 25 minutes.
  6. Stir in some cream.
  7. Serve with rice.
