Quick Pork Stroganoff Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork Fillet (Strips)
- 1/2 lb Mushrooms (Sliced)
- 1/2 lb Tomatoes (Quartered)
- 1/4 pt Sour Cream
- 4 oz Streaky Bacon
- 1 oz Butter
- 1 tbl Oil
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- Seasoned Flour
Method
- Combine the flour and butter in a mixing bowl.
- Toss the pork strips in the flour mixture.
- Place in a frying pan and fry until lightly browned.
- Remove, then fry the bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes and onions.
- Add the pork, then cook over a low heat for about 25 minutes.
- Stir in some cream.
- Serve with rice.
