Pork With Rice Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz Pork Pieces (Cooked)
- 4 oz Long Grain Rice
- 1 oz Flaked Almonds
- 1 tsp Parsley (Chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
Method
- Cook the rice with the flaked almonds and ginger until soft.
- Make about 1/2 pt of sauce of your own choice (eg. curry).
- Put the pork and rice into an ovenproof dish.
- Cook in an oven preheated to 325° for 20 minutes.
