Pork In Mustard Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pork Fillet
  • 1/4 pt Dry Cider
  • 4 tbl Crème Fraiche
  • 2 tbl Apple (Sliced)
  • 1 tbl Wholegrain Mustard
  • 1 tbl Sunflower Oil

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the pork in both sides.
  2. Pour in the cider, mustard and apple and cook for about 5 minutes.
  3. Once the cider has reduced add the crème fraiche while stirring.
  4. Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
  5. Season to taste and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  6. Serve with pasta, rice or noodles.
