Pork In Mustard Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz Pork Fillet
- 1/4 pt Dry Cider
- 4 tbl Crème Fraiche
- 2 tbl Apple (Sliced)
- 1 tbl Wholegrain Mustard
- 1 tbl Sunflower Oil
Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and brown the pork in both sides.
- Pour in the cider, mustard and apple and cook for about 5 minutes.
- Once the cider has reduced add the crème fraiche while stirring.
- Let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Season to taste and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve with pasta, rice or noodles.
