Pork Fillet Fancy Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Pork Fillet
- 4 oz Frozen Peas
- 3 tbl Clear Honey
- 2 tbl Soy Sauce
- 2 tbl Oil
- 1 tbl Sherry
- 1 tbl Vinegar
- 1 tsp Cornflour
- 6 Spring Onions (Sliced)
- 4 Tomatoes (Quartered)
Method
- Cut the pork fillet into rounds about 1/4 inch thick.
- Take a mixing bowl and combine the sherry, soy sauce, cornflour, vinegar and honey.
- Toss the pork in the sauce, cover and let it marinade for about 30 minutes.
- Take a wok and het the oil over a steady heat.
- Throw in the onions and meat and cook until brown.
- Then add the peas and tomatoes.
- Reduce the heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Best served with rice.
