Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Pork Fillet
  • 4 oz Frozen Peas
  • 3 tbl Clear Honey
  • 2 tbl Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbl Oil
  • 1 tbl Sherry
  • 1 tbl Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Cornflour
  • 6 Spring Onions (Sliced)
  • 4 Tomatoes (Quartered)

Method

  1. Cut the pork fillet into rounds about 1/4 inch thick.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and combine the sherry, soy sauce, cornflour, vinegar and honey.
  3. Toss the pork in the sauce, cover and let it marinade for about 30 minutes.
  4. Take a wok and het the oil over a steady heat.
  5. Throw in the onions and meat and cook until brown.
  6. Then add the peas and tomatoes.
  7. Reduce the heat and cook for about 10 minutes.
  8. Best served with rice.
