Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops
  • 1 Celery Stick (Chopped)
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Apple (Sliced)
  • Tomato Puree
  • Pineapple Rings
  • Seasoning

Method

  1. Heat a little oil in a frying pan, then add the pork chops and fry until brown.
  2. Lift out of the pan and put them in an ovenproof dish.
  3. Put a pineapple ring on top of each pork chop.
  4. Take a mixing bowl and combine the celery, onion, tomato puree, apple and seasoning.
  5. Pour in the pineapple juice from the tin, along with some water and stir.
  6. Spoon over the pork and pineapple rings.
  7. Cover the dish and place in the oven.
  8. Bake at 375° for 2 hours.
