Pork Chops Hawaii Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops
- 1 Celery Stick (Chopped)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Apple (Sliced)
- Tomato Puree
- Pineapple Rings
- Seasoning
Method
- Heat a little oil in a frying pan, then add the pork chops and fry until brown.
- Lift out of the pan and put them in an ovenproof dish.
- Put a pineapple ring on top of each pork chop.
- Take a mixing bowl and combine the celery, onion, tomato puree, apple and seasoning.
- Pour in the pineapple juice from the tin, along with some water and stir.
- Spoon over the pork and pineapple rings.
- Cover the dish and place in the oven.
- Bake at 375° for 2 hours.
