Ham And Pineapple Upside-down Loaf Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 cups Ham (Minced)
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 3 tbl Butter
- 1 tbl Onion (Grated)
- 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
- 2 Eggs (Beaten)
- 1 tin Pineapple Rings
Method
- Melt the butter in a loaf tin and sprinkle in the brown sugar.
- Arrange a few slices of pineapple to fit on the bottom.
- Then combine the minced ham, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, dry mustard, milk and grated onion.
- Pour the mixture over the pineapple rings.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 375° for about 30 minutes.
