Ingredients

  • 4 cups Ham (Minced)
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 tbl Butter
  • 1 tbl Onion (Grated)
  • 1/2 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 Eggs (Beaten)
  • 1 tin Pineapple Rings

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a loaf tin and sprinkle in the brown sugar.
  2. Arrange a few slices of pineapple to fit on the bottom.
  3. Then combine the minced ham, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, dry mustard, milk and grated onion.
  4. Pour the mixture over the pineapple rings.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 375° for about 30 minutes.
