Cheesy Pork Steaks Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Pork Steaks
- 2 oz Cheese (Grated)
- 2 oz Mushrooms (Sliced)
- 1 tsp Dry Mustard
- 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 can Condensed Chicken Soup
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- Seasoning
- Oil
Method
- Take a pan and fry the onions and mushrooms until soft with a little oil, then set aside.
- In another pan, lightly brown the pork steaks in a little oil.
- Put the pork steaks and vegetables into a casserole.
- using a saucepan over a steady heat, combine the soup, dry mustard, cheese, herbs and seasoning.
- Pour over the top of the meat in the casserole.
- Cover the casserole.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350° for an hour.
