Apple Stuffed Pork Shoulder Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups Breadcrumbs
- 1 3/4 cups Apples (Chopped)
- 1/2 cup Water (Boiling)
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Breaded Pork Shoulder (With Pocket)
Method
- Cook the onions in butter until brown.
- Combine with the apples, water, salt and oregano.
- Fill the pork shoulder pocket with the stuffing mixture.
- Fasten with small skewers laced together with twine.
- Roast in an oven preheated to 350° for about 45 minutes.
