Apple And Pork Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb Pork Pieces
- 1 tbl Parsley (Chopped)
- 1 tbl Oil
- 8 slices Bread (Crumbed)
- 3 Cooking Apples (Peeled / Sliced)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
Method
- Fry the pork pieces in a pan over a low heat until brown on all sides.
- Take a large mixing bowl and combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, onion and egg.
- Place half the pork in a casserole, then cover with apples, followed by half the mixture.
- Repeat again to get a layered structure.
- Cover the casserole.
- Cook in an oven preheated to 350° for an hour.
- Serve with rice, noodles or vegetables.
