Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pork Pieces
  • 1 tbl Parsley (Chopped)
  • 1 tbl Oil
  • 8 slices Bread (Crumbed)
  • 3 Cooking Apples (Peeled / Sliced)
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 Egg (Beaten)

Method

  1. Fry the pork pieces in a pan over a low heat until brown on all sides.
  2. Take a large mixing bowl and combine the breadcrumbs, parsley, onion and egg.
  3. Place half the pork in a casserole, then cover with apples, followed by half the mixture.
  4. Repeat again to get a layered structure.
  5. Cover the casserole.
  6. Cook in an oven preheated to 350° for an hour.
  7. Serve with rice, noodles or vegetables.
