Ingredients

  • 12 oz Smoked Trout (Flaked)
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 oz Butter (Softened)
  • 2 tbl Sour Cream
  • 1 tbl Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbl Horseradish Sauce

Method

  1. Take a mixing bowl and combine the butter and cream cheese until soft.
  2. Now stir in the horseradish sauce, sour cream and lemon juice.
  3. Stirring constantly, add the flaked trout and season.
  4. Pour into a blender and whisk until smooth.
  5. Spoon into a deep dish and refridgerate overnight before serving.
