Smoked Trout Pate Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 oz Smoked Trout (Flaked)
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 oz Butter (Softened)
- 2 tbl Sour Cream
- 1 tbl Lemon Juice
- 1 tbl Horseradish Sauce
Method
- Take a mixing bowl and combine the butter and cream cheese until soft.
- Now stir in the horseradish sauce, sour cream and lemon juice.
- Stirring constantly, add the flaked trout and season.
- Pour into a blender and whisk until smooth.
- Spoon into a deep dish and refridgerate overnight before serving.
