Ingredients

  • 4 oz Sardines (Tinned)
  • 2 oz Butter (Softened)
  • 1 oz Breadcrumbs (Fresh)
  • 1 tbl Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 Eggs (Boiled)
  • Seasoning

Method

  1. Place the sardines, boiled eggs, butter and breadcrumbs into a blender and mix until smooth.
  2. Add the lemon juice and paprika, while stirring.
  3. Spoon the combined mixture into a deep dish.
  4. Refridgerate overnight before serving.
