Ingredients

  • 1 cup Lentils (Precooked)
  • 6 tsp Butter (Softened)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (Ground)
  • 1/2 tsp Vinegar
  • 6 Garlic Cloves (Chopped Finely)
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)

Method

  1. In a saucepan over a medium heat, saute the chopped onion and garlic with the butter until they go tender.
  2. Sprinkle the ground black pepper over the top and stir.
  3. Drop in the lentils. Stir in well and cook.
  4. Pour the mixture and vinegar into a blender and whisk until smooth.
  5. Spoon the blended mixture into a deep dish.
  6. Best served refridgerated.
