Lentil Pate Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Lentils (Precooked)
- 6 tsp Butter (Softened)
- 1 tsp Black Pepper (Ground)
- 1/2 tsp Vinegar
- 6 Garlic Cloves (Chopped Finely)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
Method
- In a saucepan over a medium heat, saute the chopped onion and garlic with the butter until they go tender.
- Sprinkle the ground black pepper over the top and stir.
- Drop in the lentils. Stir in well and cook.
- Pour the mixture and vinegar into a blender and whisk until smooth.
- Spoon the blended mixture into a deep dish.
- Best served refridgerated.
