Farmers Pate Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz Sausage Meat
- 4 oz Lamb Liver
- 4 oz Chicken Liver
- 2 oz Breadcrumbs (Fresh)
- 1 tbl Brandy
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 2 Bacon Rashers (Chopped)
- 2 Eggs (Beaten)
- Seasoning
Method
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- In a pan, fry the sausage meat, chicken liver, lamb liver, onions and bacon for 10 minutes, or until cooked.
- Mince them together then add the beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, brandy and seasoning to taste.
- Bake in an overproof dish surrounded by water.
- Remove from the oven and refridgerate overnight before serving.
