Ingredients

  • 8 oz Sausage Meat
  • 4 oz Lamb Liver
  • 4 oz Chicken Liver
  • 2 oz Breadcrumbs (Fresh)
  • 1 tbl Brandy
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • 2 Bacon Rashers (Chopped)
  • 2 Eggs (Beaten)
  • Seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 F.
  2. In a pan, fry the sausage meat, chicken liver, lamb liver, onions and bacon for 10 minutes, or until cooked.
  3. Mince them together then add the beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, brandy and seasoning to taste.
  4. Bake in an overproof dish surrounded by water.
  5. Remove from the oven and refridgerate overnight before serving.
