Ingredients

  • 12 oz Chicken Liver
  • 4 oz Butter (Softened)
  • 4 oz Streaky Bacon (Chopped)
  • 1/4 oz Gelatine
  • 1/4 pt Stock
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)

Method

  1. In a pan, fry the chicken liver, streaky bacon and crushed garlic cloves for 10 minutes, or until cooked.
  2. Pour into a blender along with the butter and whisk until smooth.
  3. Spoon into a deep dish.
  4. Now stir in the stock and gelatine.
  5. Refridgerate overnight before serving.
