Chicken Liver Pate Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 oz Chicken Liver
- 4 oz Butter (Softened)
- 4 oz Streaky Bacon (Chopped)
- 1/4 oz Gelatine
- 1/4 pt Stock
- 1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
Method
- In a pan, fry the chicken liver, streaky bacon and crushed garlic cloves for 10 minutes, or until cooked.
- Pour into a blender along with the butter and whisk until smooth.
- Spoon into a deep dish.
- Now stir in the stock and gelatine.
- Refridgerate overnight before serving.
