Avocado & Egg Pate Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tbl Lemon Juice
- 1 tbl Black Pepper (Ground)
- 1 tbl Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Salt
- 4 Avocados (Peeled / Cubed)
- 4 Eggs (Boiled)
- 1 bunch Spring Onions
- Parsley (Chopped)
Method
- Put the parsley, spring onions, cubed avocados, boiled eggs, lemon juice and seasoning into a blender.
- Whisk the mixture until a rough consistency.
- Spoon out into a bowl and stir in the mayonnaise until combined.
- Now put the mixture in a deep dish.
- Refridgerate overnight before serving.
