Milk Chocolate and Marmalade Muffins Recipe
Ingredients
- 9 oz Plain Flour
- 8 oz Brown Sugar
- 5 fl oz Milk
- 4 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
- 4 oz Butter (Melted)
- 4 tsp Marmalade
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 2 Eggs (Beaten)
Method
- Using a large bowl, sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt and baking powder into a bowl.
- Take a separate bowl combine the vanilla essense, milk, butter, sugar and eggs.
- While stirring continuously, fold the flour into the mixture.
- Add the milk chocolate chips to the mixture while stirring.
- Pour the mixture evenly into your muffin cases.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 30 minutes.
