Ingredients

  • 9 oz Plain Flour
  • 8 oz Brown Sugar
  • 5 fl oz Milk
  • 4 oz Milk Chocolate Chips
  • 4 oz Butter (Melted)
  • 4 tsp Marmalade
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
  • 2 Eggs (Beaten)

Method

  1. Using a large bowl, sift the flour, bicarbonate of soda, salt and baking powder into a bowl.
  2. Take a separate bowl combine the vanilla essense, milk, butter, sugar and eggs.
  3. While stirring continuously, fold the flour into the mixture.
  4. Add the milk chocolate chips to the mixture while stirring.
  5. Pour the mixture evenly into your muffin cases.
  6. Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 30 minutes.
