Irish Pork Sausages
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 lbs Lean Pork
- 8 oz Pork Fat
- 1 oz Breadcrumbs (White)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- Ground Pepper
- Dried Sage
- Ground Ginger
Method
- Thoroughly mince the meat and fat a couple of times, mix well and then season lightly.
- Add the herbs, as many as you like.
- Throw in breadcrumbs if you want them as well as the spices. (Both are optional)
- Use full skins.
