Lamb Roll-ups Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cooked Lamb (Chopped)
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tbl Butter (Melted)
- 1 tbl Horseradish
- 1 tbl Garlic Salt
- 8 slices Bread
- 1 dash Cayenne
Method
- Take a large mixing bowl and combine the lamb, mayonnaise, garlic salt, horseradish and cayenne.
- Trim the crusts from the bread before spreading with the lamb mixture.
- Roll up and tie with string to hold the lamb in place.
- Brush with melted butter.
- Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 375° for about 10 minutes.
