Lamb Roll-ups Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Lamb (Chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbl Butter (Melted)
  • 1 tbl Horseradish
  • 1 tbl Garlic Salt
  • 8 slices Bread
  • 1 dash Cayenne

Method

  1. Take a large mixing bowl and combine the lamb, mayonnaise, garlic salt, horseradish and cayenne.
  2. Trim the crusts from the bread before spreading with the lamb mixture.
  3. Roll up and tie with string to hold the lamb in place.
  4. Brush with melted butter.
  5. Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in an oven preheated to 375° for about 10 minutes.
