Lamb Meatball Casserole Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb Lamb (Ground)
- 6 tbl Breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp Salad Oil
- 1 tsp Bouquet Garni
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 cup Milk
- 1 can Mushroom Soup
- 2 Eggs (Beaten)
Method
- Take a large mixing bowl and combine the lamb, egg, breadcrumbs, 1/2 tsp bouquet garni, salt and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 12 meatball-sized balls.
- Place in a pan with oil and brown.
- Then place in a baking dish.
- Blend the rest of the bouquet garni with the condensed soup and milk.
- Pour over the top of the lamb meatballs.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350° for about 30 minutes.
