Lamb Meatball Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lamb (Ground)
  • 6 tbl Breadcrumbs
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salad Oil
  • 1 tsp Bouquet Garni
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 can Mushroom Soup
  • 2 Eggs (Beaten)

Method

  1. Take a large mixing bowl and combine the lamb, egg, breadcrumbs, 1/2 tsp bouquet garni, salt and pepper.
  2. Shape the mixture into 12 meatball-sized balls.
  3. Place in a pan with oil and brown.
  4. Then place in a baking dish.
  5. Blend the rest of the bouquet garni with the condensed soup and milk.
  6. Pour over the top of the lamb meatballs.
  7. Bake in an oven preheated to 350° for about 30 minutes.
