Lamb Lasagne Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb Lamb (Minced)
- 1 lb Lasagne Noodles
- 14 oz Tinned Tomatoes
- 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 cup Onion (Chopped)
- 1 cup Cottage Cheese (Creamed)
- 1 tbl Tomato Paste
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)
Method
- Take a large mixing bowl and combine the lamb, onions adnd garlic.
- Then cook in a pan until browned.
- Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper while stirring.
- Cover the pan and cook over a steady heat for an hour.
- Cook the lasagne uncovered, in boiling salt water.
- Drain the lasagne ut using a colander.
- Arrange the lamb, lasagne and mozzarella cheese in layers.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350° for an hour.
