Lamb Lasagne Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Lamb (Minced)
  • 1 lb Lasagne Noodles
  • 14 oz Tinned Tomatoes
  • 8 oz Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 cup Onion (Chopped)
  • 1 cup Cottage Cheese (Creamed)
  • 1 tbl Tomato Paste
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Crushed)

Method

  1. Take a large mixing bowl and combine the lamb, onions adnd garlic.
  2. Then cook in a pan until browned.
  3. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste, oregano, rosemary, salt and pepper while stirring.
  4. Cover the pan and cook over a steady heat for an hour.
  5. Cook the lasagne uncovered, in boiling salt water.
  6. Drain the lasagne ut using a colander.
  7. Arrange the lamb, lasagne and mozzarella cheese in layers.
  8. Bake in an oven preheated to 350° for an hour.
