Lamb Chops In A Parcel Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 Loin Lamb Chops
- 1 1/2 oz Breadcrumbs (Fresh)
- 1 1/2 oz Butter (Melted)
- 1 tbl Parsley (Chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs (Chopped)
- 1 Garlic Clove (Chopped)
Method
- In a large mixing bowl combine the breadcrumbs, seasoning, garlic, parsley and eggs.
- While mixing, pour in the melted butter to moisten.
- Then coat each lamb chop in the mixture.
- Wrap the lamb chops individually in greaseproof paper.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 420° for about 25 minutes.
- Remove the wrapping and place on a grill pan.
- Grill the lamb chops until browned.
- Best served with a selection of fresh vegetables.
