Ingredients

  • 4 Loin Lamb Chops
  • 1 1/2 oz Breadcrumbs (Fresh)
  • 1 1/2 oz Butter (Melted)
  • 1 tbl Parsley (Chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs (Chopped)
  • 1 Garlic Clove (Chopped)

Method

  1. In a large mixing bowl combine the breadcrumbs, seasoning, garlic, parsley and eggs.
  2. While mixing, pour in the melted butter to moisten.
  3. Then coat each lamb chop in the mixture.
  4. Wrap the lamb chops individually in greaseproof paper.
  5. Bake in an oven preheated to 420° for about 25 minutes.
  6. Remove the wrapping and place on a grill pan.
  7. Grill the lamb chops until browned.
  8. Best served with a selection of fresh vegetables.
