Cod Barrie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb Cooked Trout
- 3 tbl Mayonnaise
- 1 tbl Tomato Ketchup
- 1 tbl Cream
- Lettuce (Shredded)
- Lemon Wedge
- Cayenne
Method
- Take a large mixing bowl and combine the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup and cream with a pinch of cayenne.
- Gradually flake the trout into the sauce while stirring.
- Season, set aside and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
- Put the shredded lettuce into the base of a glass.
- Spoon in the chilled mixture.
- Sprinkle with some more cayenne and decorate with lemon wedges.
