Salmon With Sun Dried Tomato Sauce Recipe
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 lb Salmon Fillets (Skinned / Boned)
- 2 tbl Sun Dried Tomato
- Garlic Butter
- Black Pepper (Ground)
- Butter (Softened)
- Crème Fraiche
- Lemon Juice
- Seasoning
Method
- Brush a baking tray with softened butter.
- Lay the salmon fillets out on the bottom of the tray.
- Spread the garlic butter over the top of the salmon fillets and sprinkle with ground black pepper.
- Place under a grill to cook for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix the crème fraiche, sun dried tomato and lemon juice.
- When serving, pour the sauce over the grilled salmon.
