Salmon Pie Recipe
Ingredients
- 15 oz Salmon (Mashed)
- 7 oz Sweetcorn
- 4 oz Mushrooms
- 1 pt White Sauce
- 2 Eggs (Boiled / Chopped)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- Seasoning
Method
- Add the mashed salmon to the white sauce and combine in a mixing bowl.
- Now fold in the mushrooms, chopped onion, chopped boiled egg and sweetcorn while stirring.
- Scoop the entire mixture into an ovenproof dish and cover breadcrumbs.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake until brown.
