Ingredients

  • 8 oz Salmon (Flaked)
  • 1/4 pt Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 pt Cream (Whipped)
  • 3 tbl Water
  • 3 tbl White Vinegar
  • 1 sachet Gelatine
  • Seasoning

Method

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon with the mayonnaise and season to taste.
  2. Now mix the gelatine with the water and add to the fish.
  3. While stirring, pour in the vinegar.
  4. Gradually fold in the whipped cream.
  5. Scoop the salmon mousse into a mould for serving.
