Salmon Mousse Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz Salmon (Flaked)
- 1/4 pt Mayonnaise
- 1/4 pt Cream (Whipped)
- 3 tbl Water
- 3 tbl White Vinegar
- 1 sachet Gelatine
- Seasoning
Method
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flaked salmon with the mayonnaise and season to taste.
- Now mix the gelatine with the water and add to the fish.
- While stirring, pour in the vinegar.
- Gradually fold in the whipped cream.
- Scoop the salmon mousse into a mould for serving.
