Salmon Luncheon Dish Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Cheese (Grated)
- 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 Tomatoes (Sliced)
- 2 Eggs (Beaten)
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 1 tin Salmon (Skinned / Boned)
- Seasoning
Method
- Layer the sliced tomatoes on the bottom of a greased ovenproof dish.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, then chopped onion.
- Layer the salmon over the chopped onions.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, milk and season well.
- Pour the egg mix over the fish and cover with grated cheese.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for 40 minutes.
