Salmon Quiche Recipe

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cooked Salmon
  • 7 fl oz Milk
  • 4 oz Flour
  • 4 oz Flakemeal
  • 4 oz Margarine
  • 2 tbl Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbl Dill (Chopped)
  • 1 tsp Corriander
  • 1 Egg (Beaten)
  • Seasoning

Method

  1. Combine the flour, flakemeal, margarine and chopped dill. Add water until a soft dough forms.
  2. Knead until smooth and without lumps.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out and bake in a flan tin for about 15 minutes at 425°.
  5. Reduce the temperature to 400° and continue to cook until brown.
  6. take a bowl and beat the egg with the mayonnaise, milk, salt, pepper and corriander.
  7. Put the salmon into a pastry case and pour over the egg mixture.
  8. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden.
  9. Then decorate with cucumber slices when cooled.
