Salmon Quiche Recipe
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cooked Salmon
- 7 fl oz Milk
- 4 oz Flour
- 4 oz Flakemeal
- 4 oz Margarine
- 2 tbl Mayonnaise
- 1 tbl Dill (Chopped)
- 1 tsp Corriander
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
- Seasoning
Method
- Combine the flour, flakemeal, margarine and chopped dill. Add water until a soft dough forms.
- Knead until smooth and without lumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out and bake in a flan tin for about 15 minutes at 425°.
- Reduce the temperature to 400° and continue to cook until brown.
- take a bowl and beat the egg with the mayonnaise, milk, salt, pepper and corriander.
- Put the salmon into a pastry case and pour over the egg mixture.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until golden.
- Then decorate with cucumber slices when cooled.
