Prawn And Mackerel Hot Pot Recipe

Ingredients

• 8 oz Mackerel
• 8 oz Mushrooms
• 4 oz Prawns
• 3 oz Butter
• 1 oz Flour
• 1/2 pt Cream
• 3 Garlic Cloves
• Seasoning

Method

1. Take a large pan and melt the butter.
2. Add the garlic and mushrooms and saute until soft, then stir in flour.
3. Cook for about 3 minutes.
4. Gradually add the cream and slowly bring the mixture to the boil.
5. Add flaked mackerel and prawns and heat through.
6. Serve with hot pitta bread.
