Grilled Trout With Chilli & Coriander Yoghurt Recipe
Ingredients
- 3 tbl Greek Yoghurt
- 2 Trouts (Filleted)
- 1 Shallot (Chopped)
- 1 Hot Chilli (Chopped)
- 1 handful Coriander Leaves
- 1/2 Lime (Juiced)
- Seasoning
Method
- Put the shallot, lme juice, chilli, coriander leaves and greek yoghurt into a blender.
- Season generously and whisk until smooth.
- Put the trout fillets in an ovenproof dish.
- Pour the mixture over the top of the trout fillets.
- Place under a grill for about 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the top with coriander leaves.
