Ingredients

  • 3 tbl Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 Trouts (Filleted)
  • 1 Shallot (Chopped)
  • 1 Hot Chilli (Chopped)
  • 1 handful Coriander Leaves
  • 1/2 Lime (Juiced)
  • Seasoning

Method

  1. Put the shallot, lme juice, chilli, coriander leaves and greek yoghurt into a blender.
  2. Season generously and whisk until smooth.
  3. Put the trout fillets in an ovenproof dish.
  4. Pour the mixture over the top of the trout fillets.
  5. Place under a grill for about 10 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle the top with coriander leaves.
