Ingredients

  • 4 oz Prawns
  • 2 oz Butter
  • 2 oz Flour
  • 2 Cheese
  • 1/4 pt White Water
  • 2 tbl Crème Fraiche
  • 1 tbl parsley
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 1 Fish Stock Cube

Method

  1. Poach the fish for about 5 minutes in the white wine, fish stock and bay leaf.
  2. Strain the fish reserving the liquid.
  3. Melt the butter with flour and cook for about 2 minutes, then add the fish liquid and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and then whisk in the crème fraiche.
  5. Pour into a pie dish, and put on the sliced potatoes and cheese.
  6. Bake at 400° for about 30 minutes.
