Hot Whiskey

Ingredients

• 8 oz Water (Boiled)
• 2 tsp Demerera Sugar
• 1 measure Irish Whiskey
• 6 Cloves
• 2 slices Lemon

Method

1. Pour whiskey and sugar into a strong heatproof glass.
2. Embed 3 cloves into each lemon slice and place in glass.
3. Add the boiling water and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Serve immediately.
