Passion Fruit and Raspberry Ice Cream Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 Passion Fruit (Ripened / Halved)
- 1 punnet Raspberries
- 1/2 pt Double Cream
- 4 tbl Icing Sugar
Method
- Put a few raspberries into the bottom of each of the tall glasses.
- In a bowl, whip the double cream until stiffened.
- Fold in the icing sugar, passion fruit and the remaining raspberries.
- Pour the mixture into the glasses.
- Refridgerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
