Passion Fruit and Raspberry Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

• 6 Passion Fruit (Ripened / Halved)
• 1 punnet Raspberries
• 1/2 pt Double Cream
• 4 tbl Icing Sugar

Method

1. Put a few raspberries into the bottom of each of the tall glasses.
2. In a bowl, whip the double cream until stiffened.
3. Fold in the icing sugar, passion fruit and the remaining raspberries.
4. Pour the mixture into the glasses.
5. Refridgerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
