Ingredients

  • 7 oz Dark Chocolate (Chopped)
  • 7 oz Butter (Unsalted)
  • 4-1/2 oz Caster Sugar
  • 1 oz Plain Flour
  • 5 Eggs (Whole)
  • 2 Egg Yolks

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over warmed water in a saucepan.
  2. Take a bowl and combine the whole eggs, yolks and caster sugar until light.
  3. Using a spatula, fold in the melted chocolate mixture and flour.
  4. Pour the whole mixture into your moulds.
  5. Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 15 minutes.
  6. Best served warm with fresh pouring cream and coffee!
