Chocolate Fondant Recipe
Ingredients
- 7 oz Dark Chocolate (Chopped)
- 7 oz Butter (Unsalted)
- 4-1/2 oz Caster Sugar
- 1 oz Plain Flour
- 5 Eggs (Whole)
- 2 Egg Yolks
Method
- Melt the chocolate and butter in a bowl over warmed water in a saucepan.
- Take a bowl and combine the whole eggs, yolks and caster sugar until light.
- Using a spatula, fold in the melted chocolate mixture and flour.
- Pour the whole mixture into your moulds.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 15 minutes.
- Best served warm with fresh pouring cream and coffee!
