Rocky Road Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 oz Pecan Halves
• 2 oz Raisins
• 1 lb Milk Chocolate
• 10 Marshmallows

Method

1. Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of warm water.
2. Pour out half the melted chocolate onto a 12“ piece of foil.
3. Sprinkle with half the nuts and fruit.
4. Drizzle the rest of the chocolate over the fruit and nuts.
5. Now sprinkle on the rest of the fruit and nuts.
6. Refridgerate.
