Rocky Road Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 oz Pecan Halves
- 2 oz Raisins
- 1 lb Milk Chocolate
- 10 Marshmallows
Method
- Melt the milk chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of warm water.
- Pour out half the melted chocolate onto a 12“ piece of foil.
- Sprinkle with half the nuts and fruit.
- Drizzle the rest of the chocolate over the fruit and nuts.
- Now sprinkle on the rest of the fruit and nuts.
- Refridgerate.
