Orange Oatmeal Cookie Recipe

Ingredients

• 4 oz Oats
• 4 oz Caster Sugar
• 4 oz Butter (Softened)
• 2 oz Flour
• 2 tbl Honey
• 1 pinch Salt
• 1 Orange Zest
• 1 Egg (Beaten)

Method

1. Take a large bowl and combine the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
2. Then add the lemon zest and honey. Mix thoroughly.
3. While stirring gently, gradually in the beaten egg.
4. Using a sieve, sift in the flour and salt while mixing.
5. Roll into balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
6. Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 10 minutes.
