Ingredients

  • 9 oz Cooking Chocolate
  • 8 oz Maltesers® (Crushed)
  • 8 oz Digestive Biscuits (Crushed)
  • 5 oz White Chocolate
  • 4 oz Butter (Softened)
  • 3 tbl Syrup

Method

  1. In a saucepan over a steady heat, melt the butter, syrup and cooking chocolate.
  2. Add the crushed Maltesers® and crushed digestive biscuits.
  3. Melt the white chocolate in a bowl above heated water in a saucepan.
  4. Place the base mix in a baking tray and compact.
  5. Spread the melted white chocolate over the base evenly and refridgerate.
  6. Cut into squares.
