Maltesers Bar Recipe
Ingredients
- 9 oz Cooking Chocolate
- 8 oz Maltesers® (Crushed)
- 8 oz Digestive Biscuits (Crushed)
- 5 oz White Chocolate
- 4 oz Butter (Softened)
- 3 tbl Syrup
Method
- In a saucepan over a steady heat, melt the butter, syrup and cooking chocolate.
- Add the crushed Maltesers® and crushed digestive biscuits.
- Melt the white chocolate in a bowl above heated water in a saucepan.
- Place the base mix in a baking tray and compact.
- Spread the melted white chocolate over the base evenly and refridgerate.
- Cut into squares.
