Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cups Flour
- 1 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup White Sugar
- 1/2 cup Demerera Sugar
- 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (Smooth)
- 1/2 cup Butter (Softened)
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 Egg (Beaten)
Method
- Put the demerera sugar, white sugar, peanut butter, softened butter and beaten egg in a large bowl.
- Stir until well combined and thick.
- Using a separate mixing bowl, sift together the baking soda, salt and flour.
- Gradually fold the flour mixture into the cream mixture.
- While stirring, gradually drop the chocolate chips into the mixture.
- Drop large spoonfuls of the chocolate chip mix onto a greased baking sheet.
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 F and bake for about 10 minutes until brown.
- Lift out of the oven and onto a wire rack to cool.
