Tofu Chicken Parm Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 lb Tofu
- 1/2 loaf Vegan Bread (Crumbled)
- Olive Oil
- Basil
- Garlic
- Vegi Chicken Broth
- Mararam
- Egg Replacer
- Tomato Sauce
- Vegan Cheese
- Sesame Seeds
Method
- Take a small bowl and add the chicken broth, garlic, basil and tofu.
- Cover the bowl and set aside to marinade overnight.
- Take a pan and fry the tofu over a steady heat until brown.
- Dip the fried tofu in the egg replacer and then in the bread crumbs.
- Season and the sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350° until the bread is crumbly.
- Add the vegan cheese and tomato sauce before serving and heat till hot / melted.
