Tex-Mex Chicken Fajitas Recipe
Ingredients
- 4 large Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skinned / Sliced)
- 1 Onion (Sliced)
- 1 Red Peppers (Sliced)
- 1 Garlic Clove (Minced)
- Olive Oil
- Chilli Powder
- Cayenne
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic clove.
- While stirring, add the chilli powder and cayenne.
- Add the sliced chicken breasts and pepper to the pan and fry until the chicken is cooked through.
- Keep stirring the ingredients so that the don't stick to the pan.
- Spoon out onto flour tortillas.
- Serve hot along with your favourite guacamole, tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sour cream.
