Ingredients

  • 6 large Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skinned / Halved)
  • 2 cups Teriyaki Sauce
  • 3/4 cup Pineapple Juice
  • 3/4 cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
  • 3/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Butter (Melted)
  • 6 tbl Worchestershire Sauce
  • 6 Pineapple Rings

Method

  1. Put the halved chicken breasts in a mixing bowl and cover with teriyaki sauce.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate over to marinade the chicken.
  3. Place the chicken on a grill at medium heat and cook for 8 minutes per side.
  4. Once nearly cooked place a pineapple ring on each piece and brush with melted butter.
  5. Take a small saucepan over a medium heat and combine the soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar and worchestershire sauce.
  6. Keep stirring until the sugar is dissolved completely.
  7. Serve the chicken with rice and the heated sauce.
