Tangy Hawaiian Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 large Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skinned / Halved)
- 2 cups Teriyaki Sauce
- 3/4 cup Pineapple Juice
- 3/4 cup Brown Sugar (Packed)
- 3/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup Butter (Melted)
- 6 tbl Worchestershire Sauce
- 6 Pineapple Rings
Method
- Put the halved chicken breasts in a mixing bowl and cover with teriyaki sauce.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate over to marinade the chicken.
- Place the chicken on a grill at medium heat and cook for 8 minutes per side.
- Once nearly cooked place a pineapple ring on each piece and brush with melted butter.
- Take a small saucepan over a medium heat and combine the soy sauce, pineapple juice, brown sugar and worchestershire sauce.
- Keep stirring until the sugar is dissolved completely.
- Serve the chicken with rice and the heated sauce.
