Stir Fried Chinese Chicken Salad Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup Celery (Chopped)
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Oil
- 1/4 cup Cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp Garlic Salt
- 3 large Chicken Breasts (Skinned / Diced)
- 1 large Tomato
- 1 Lettuce (Sredded)
- 1 can Water Chestnuts (Sliced)
- 1 can Sliced Mushrooms
- 1 bunch Green Onions (Chopped)
- 1 pinch Ginger
Method
- Roll the chicken breasts in the cornstarch.
- Take a pan over a steady heat and brown the chicken with the oil and garlic salt.
- Now add the mushrooms, water chestnuts, tomato, onions and celery.
- Stir the ingredients around the bowl and sprinkle in the ginger.
- Now pour in the soy sauce.
- Cover the pan and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Now add the lettuce and toss the mix.
- Serve as quick as you can.
