Spicey Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skinned / Diced)
  • 3 cups Whipping Cream
  • 1 1/3 cups Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
  • 1/2 cup Green Onions (Chopped)
  • 1 lb Bacon (Cooked)
  • 1 tbl Tabasco Sauce
  • 6 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 2 sticks Butter
  • 1 packet Fettuccine Noodles
  • 1 Onion (Chopped)
  • Seasoning
  • Garlic Powder
  • Red Pepper
  • Onion Powder

Method

  1. Take the fettuccine noodles and cook them in a pot over a steady heat.
  2. In another pan, melt the butter and gently sauté the diced chicken, onion and garlic.
  3. Once the chicken has browned and the onions are cooked, add the seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper, tabasco and onion powder.
  4. Lift out the chicken and add the chopped green onions, whipping cream and grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Cook the mixture for about 20 minutes and then add the bacon.
  6. Now place the fettuccine noodles on the plates, topped with the chicken and pour over the sauce.
