Spicey Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo
Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skinned / Diced)
- 3 cups Whipping Cream
- 1 1/3 cups Parmesan Cheese (Grated)
- 1/2 cup Green Onions (Chopped)
- 1 lb Bacon (Cooked)
- 1 tbl Tabasco Sauce
- 6 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1 packet Fettuccine Noodles
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- Seasoning
- Garlic Powder
- Red Pepper
- Onion Powder
Method
- Take the fettuccine noodles and cook them in a pot over a steady heat.
- In another pan, melt the butter and gently sauté the diced chicken, onion and garlic.
- Once the chicken has browned and the onions are cooked, add the seasoning, garlic powder, red pepper, tabasco and onion powder.
- Lift out the chicken and add the chopped green onions, whipping cream and grated parmesan cheese.
- Cook the mixture for about 20 minutes and then add the bacon.
- Now place the fettuccine noodles on the plates, topped with the chicken and pour over the sauce.
