Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken Breasts (Skinned / Boned)
  • 2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 3/4 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
  • 1/2 cup Shortening
  • 1/2 cup Butter (Melted)
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • 4 tsp Celery Salt
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 4 Garlic Cloves (Minced)

Method

  1. Cut the chicken breasts in half, set aside and let them dry.
  2. Take a large mixing bowl and combine the lemon juice, worchestershire sauce, sour cream, minced garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Using the mixture, coat each piece of chicken.
  4. Cover the chicken and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Spread the bread crumbs out on a flat surface.
  6. Now roll the chicken breasts and cover in bread crumbs.
  7. Place the chicken breasts on a baking tray.
  8. Drizzle the chicken with the melted butter and shortening.
  9. Bake in an oven preheated to 350° for about 45 minutes.
