Italian Baked Chicken Breasts Recipe
Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Breasts (Boned / Skinned)
- 8 oz Sour Cream
- 2 tbl Lemon Juice
- 2 tbl Worchestershire Sauce
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
Method
- Take a mixing bowl and combine the sour cream, lemon juice, worchestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika and minced garlic.
- Now roll the chicken breasts in the mixture, making sure that they are covered well.
- Coat the base of the casserole with some olive oil to prevent the chicken from sticking.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 350° for 45 minutes.
